Aladdin Jr. is kicking into full swing!

REHEARSALS FOR THE WEEK OF JANUARY 8TH - JANUARY 12TH

TUESDAY, JANUARY 9

3:45 - 5:30 pm     ALL MS CAST

Many of our MS Cast members are attending Aladdin at the Fox Theatre on Tuesday, so we are canceling the 5:30 pm to 6:15 rehearsal group so that those attending the show may arrive to the show on time. 

Please note the 5:30 - 6:15 pm Aladdin, Jasmine, Isir, Manal, and Rajah rehearsal call is now MOVED from Tuesday, 1/9, to Tuesday, 1/16, from 5:45 to 6:30 pm.  

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10 (Ms. Kendrick's Birthday! YAY!)

 REMINDER FOR OUR MS CAST/CREW & 4th -5th grade Cast Members!

LOOK! It is our Guest Artist- Marcus Martin! 

On Friday, January 12th, 2024, we have the incredible privilege of hosting Marcus Martin, a Guest Artist from Broadway Plus who plays THE GENIE in the North American National Tour of Aladdin. Marcus will be leading a special workshop and Q&A session for our Aladdin Thespians. 

The Middle School Cast of Aladdin will be actively participating in the workshop, refining and perfecting some of their captivating numbers from the production. We believe this hands-on experience will inspire our aspiring young performers and provide valuable insights into the world of professional theater.

Details of the event are as follows:

• Date: Friday, January 12th
• Time: During blocks 2, 3, and study hall/club time
• Location: Lower School Theatre
• We will walk down our MS participants and walk them back in time for block 4.

4th and 5th-grade Aladdin students will also be invited to observe the workshop and participate in the engaging Q&A session. 4th and 5th grade students will report to the theatre at 9:10 am and be back in class at 10:50 am.  This is a fantastic opportunity for them to witness the creative process and gain valuable insights into the world of Broadway. 

We can't express enough how much we believe this event will contribute to our students' artistic growth and inspiration. We hope you share our excitement!

 LOWER SCHOOL CAST, PLEASE READ! 

Please fill out and submit a costume form by the date listed below.  It is very important to receive these asap. Thanks!

THE LOWER SCHOOL COSTUME SZING FORM IS DUE THIS MONDAY, JANUARY 8th. We are on a tight ordering, making, and design deadline.  Please submit your form by the end of Monday. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this!
