BRAVO! Cast party and Reminders!

 

Dear Spectacular Performers,

That truly was a magical journey, "A Whole New World!" KP and I are absolutely blown away by the incredible talent and dedication of this remarkable cast and crew. A round of applause to each and every one of you as we enchanted and delighted nearly 1,200 guests. Our school and stage were alive with energy from dawn till dusk. Congratulations to all!

Now, what time does the magic carpet ride to school begin tomorrow? 😊

Carpool doors will swing open normally, and school will commence as scheduled. We understand that many of our cast and crew members feel the effects of their hard work and may need extra rest. It's a parental call, and we fully support whatever decision you make for your children's well-being.

 

Call times for Monday

3:00       MS Call Time 1  for the CREW, GENIE, JASMINE, & BOAK (take the bus down from MS- report to the lobby at 3pm sharp. )

3:30       MS Call Time 2 (take the bus down to LS at regular call time) 

5:15       3^rd-5^th Grade Call Time

5:45       M-2^nd Grade Call Time

The show will end around 8:25ish

 

Cast Party

The cast party will be from 8:25ish to 8:45ish in the cafeteria following the show.  Parents are invited to come join us as we celebrate the end of the open audience shows with some much-needed late-evening cupcakes and words of thanks and encouragement as we look ahead to the Tuesday All-School and Preschool show.  

 

Tuesday Call and Show Information

• Lower School Cast members do not need to be here until 9:00, allowing them to get an extra hour of sleep.  We recognize that this timing does not work for everyone and may be difficult for families as you will drop off siblings or go to work.  We will have coverage and a video for those that need to arrive at 8:00. Lower School cast members should not report to classes until after the show.
• Middle School students will spend the whole day with us on strike duty after the play is finished with a 5:30 dismissal.
•   REMINDER: STRIKE IS MANDATORY FOR MS CAST & CREW! This was noted in your registration forms and production contracts. It has also been on the show schedule since 12/1/24. We must pack the entire show and clean up our cast and crew areas. Thank you for your commitment, support, and understanding! 

 

Play Shirts

Please note that students may wear their t-shirts instead of or over their Davis polos through Tuesday.
